We are a team of lawyers established in Barcelona with extensive experience in the world of intellectual property and new technology. Our experience has been acquired after working for many years in fields as varied as companies, law firms and international organizations.

We also have ample language skills and an important network of cross-border connections, enabling us to provide international legal advice and to deal with issues at national and international level.

We can work in the following languages: Spanish, English, Italian, German, French and Catalan.

Attorney-at-law – Italian law degree at the “Universitá di Parma”, Spanish law degree at the “Universidad de Alicante”, Master in Intellectual Property and Information Society.

– Member of the “Ilustre Colegio de Abogados” of Madrid since 2006.

– Before starting to work for the project inmentor, he worked for the EU framework Project IPR Helpdesk, at the European Patent Office in Munich, with the law firm Sol Muntañola Abogados, and the multinational “Ficosa International” (automobile sector). Further he collaborated with the board of Appeal of the OHIM.

– Among others, in his professional career, he has provided legal support by drafting documents (such as reports, contracts or decisions etc.), conducting negotiations, developing strategies for protecting intellectual property assets and managing portfolios worldwide.

– He is committed to the dissemination of intellectual property. As a member of the executive committee of the AAAML he is actively involved in the organization of international events dedicated to the intellectual property.

– In addition, he collaborates with companies for staff training on trademark, patents and design issues.
